The Violets of March - Sarah Jio I tried this book last year and couldn't get into it. After seeing so many friends give it high ratings, I thought it deserved another try.

I tried. And couldn't even get as far as I did the last time. The writing seems juvenile. The dialogue is so lame. There's nothing about the story that keeps my attention. The fact this girl just went through a divorce and then goes on a date with her old boyfriend from high school (who seems like a loser to me), immediately after getting to her aunts. Not to mention her aunt just knew she was going through a rough time and happened to call her and invite her for a visit. There's so much more that got on my nerves but enough's enough. I'm just giving up for good on this one.
